 About Us

We Are Deaf Owned Shop!
Paint a Pot (or "Pappy") was established in 1999.
The owner, Amanda, began to lose her hearing that year.
She became completely deaf by the 2nd year running her business.
Had comments that questioned her ability to run her business & being deaf.
Her answer "Just as well as anyone else."
In 2002, Paint a Pot expanded twice the size.
More pots... More space... More paints
Seven years later....
"We have a great staff! And great customers!
We have fun in the shop. We like what we do!
We would like to show you how to let your inner child out to play!"
In 2007, "Pappy" entered the internet world.
We hope it makes it easier for you to contact us
& also let's you see what is happening at the shop.
(So you know when our special discount days are happening.)
